Very fast service between submitting the order online and notification of despatch. Any delay was due to Royal Mail. The printing was accurate to the 10cm square on the pattern, and the price during the sale period in November was very competitive. Charlotte is very responsive if you have any questions and she was very patient when I made a mistake uploading the pattern to the website. So all in all an excellent AO printing service from The Pattern Printing Company that I will use again.
