This oversized coat/cardigan has been designed with a crop elbow length sleeve for a fun casual feel in knit and woven fabrics . It’s great for warmer spring/fall days, layering over a long sleeve sweater/shirt or pairing with our free Permafrost faux sleeves accessory. Available in 2 lengths with both options featuring a high-low hemline. Large pockets, belt and back stripe detail are all optional, as well as a narrow piping along the stripe and/or front binding.

WOVEN FABRICS:
MAIN:
- mid to heavy weight wovens with a bit of drape such as flannels, wool, coating, etc.
LINING (optional):
- light to mid weight wovens. Something with a slightly slippery surface is a great choice. Fabrics such as rayons, viscose, satins, lining fabrics, etc.
CUFF:
Can be made with cuffing OR main fabric (this piece does NOT require stretch)
KNIT FABRICS:
MAIN:
- mid to heavy weight knits such as chunky sweater knits, french terries, heavy waffle knits, etc.
LINING (optional):
- light to mid weight knits such as DBP, waffle knits, cotton lycras, etc.
CUFF:
Can be made with cuffing OR main fabric (this piece does NOT require stretch)
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Knit fabrics, by nature, will hang longer than the finished measurements in the chart above. Keep this in mind when using heavier or stretchier fabrics.
You can choose to receive the pattern in two different ways.
1. Printed Pattern with PDF Instructions - This pattern will be printed and dispatched to you once you have placed your order. It will contain the A0 Pages for the pattern and it will be dispatched in a clear polythene cover to keep it safe. You will be able to download the instructions file as a PDF at the end of the transaction.
2. Printed Pattern with Printed Instructions - For £2.00 more we will print the A0 Pattern pages and the A4 instructions for you and they will be dispatched in a clear polythene cover to keep it safe.
